My Story
At 18 I had hernia surgery, close to the brain. My doctor was clear: build muscle around the body, or the problem could return. I had trained as a ballerina until 12, so movement was already in me. After the operation I took it seriously, alongside a degree in International Relations and later a master's in Business Management.
Then came a commercial banking career. Around 30, I moved cities and started gaining weight no matter how I trained. I felt weak. I was living on headache pills. I tried everything, weight training, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and nothing held. So I decided to start with myself.
I studied nutrition and exercise because the standard methods did not work for my body. I began combining techniques to build muscle while staying lean, to keep a flat stomach without strict dieting, to sharpen focus and quiet constant cravings. People started asking what I was doing. Eventually I left banking to coach women full time.
Today, at 43, I have 92% muscle mass and 8% body fat, and I feel genuinely healthy. I coach executives, founders and professionals in London and online, and run corporate wellness for organisations including ING Bank London. I built my method so other women would not have to spend years searching for what I had to learn the hard way.
